Most small businesses don’t have an IT department. They have an owner who’s already doing five jobs, and a website, an inbox and a pile of passwords that nobody has time for.

That’s the gap I fill. I build websites, set up email and accounts, put automation to work where it actually helps, and fix things when they break. You get one person who knows your setup, lives nearby and answers their own email.

I also built and run Shop JeffCo, a directory that helps people find independent shops, makers and local services here in Jefferson County.
