Who runs these sites
jeffcotechco.com and shopjeffco.com (Shop JeffCo) are run by JeffCo Tech Co LLC, a Missouri company (“we”, “us”). Contact us at admin@jeffcotechco.com.
Shop JeffCo is a directory, not a store
Shop JeffCo lists independent businesses so you can find them. We don’t sell their products, take payments for them, or deliver anything. When you buy from or hire a business you found on Shop JeffCo, that deal is between you and the business.
Businesses supply their own details, prices and stock levels. We work to keep listings accurate, but we can’t promise every hour, price or item is current. Check with the business before you make a trip.
For businesses on Shop JeffCo
- Keep what you post accurate and lawful, and only post photos and text you have the right to use.
- You keep ownership of your content. You let us show it on Shop JeffCo and in links that share your page, for as long as your page is up.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself and the people you invite. You’re responsible for changes made from your account.
- We may edit, hide or remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading, or breaks these terms.
Work we do for you
Paid work from JeffCo Tech Co (websites, setup, automation, IT help and so on) is covered by the written quote or agreement for that job. If that document and these terms disagree, the quote or agreement wins.
Using the sites
Don’t misuse the sites: no attempts to break in or disrupt them, no scraping that overloads them, no spam through the forms, and nothing illegal.
No warranties
The sites are provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee they’ll always be available or error-free.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the sites, or for what a listed business does or doesn’t do.
Missouri law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Jefferson County, Missouri.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
